When the holiday season comes, there is a special treat that we love to eat in the Netherlands. Ginger nuts! Or, as we call them, pepernoten. Making these cookies yourself is super easy, and fun too. So I created a video to show you how. I made my ginger nuts extra delicious by covering them in chocolate icing. And not just any icing – I used food coloring to make unicorn colors!
